Students and Young Adults at Woody

Hello Students and Young Adults! If you have just started university in Cardiff, are a returning student, or are a young adult, you are very welcome at Woody.

While we don’t have a specific student ministry, our Sunday services, life groups and men’s or women’s ministries are wide open to you! Here at Woody, we are growing as an intergenerational congregation, which is basically a fancy way of saying that we encourage all ages to mix in our gatherings as much as possible.

Woody is often described as a place where the church feels like a family, which is something that we deeply treasure. We believe that young people, just as much as older people, can meaningfully contribute to the church, and aim to create spaces where these opportunities can happen. We believe that your faith will grow as you learn and serve Jesus with people who are younger and/or older than you!

During your time in Cardiff, our hope is that your faith would increase, that you would find a Christian community where you feel supported, and, above all, that your love for Jesus would grow.
