On Saturday the 6th December we formally welcomed Chris Collins as the new pastor of Woody at an induction service filled with worship, prayer and joy. Chris shared his story of the journey he took to becoming pastor and then he and the congregation formally declared a covenant of service, encouragement, care and respect. A musical interlude was performed by SOW Acapella, a part of Sound of Wales ministries. Thank you to everyone who contributed to the celebration, and thank you to all of those that took the time to attend and show support. Please pray for Chris and the church as we seek to continue to demonstrate God’s love to the community of Cathays.
